"El Salto," translating to "The Jump," symbolizes this venture, complemented by a logo inspired by the Serpent Mastic, paying homage to Aztec and Mayan traditions. Rooted in La Piedad, Michoacán, their authentic family recipes form the cornerstone of this beloved local establishment.
